Hawaiian Salad Pasta

Craving for something cool and unique! Easy to prepare and yummy to eat. Use as a side dish or great by itself. You just need to stop by one store to gather ingredients and your ready to go!

Ingredientes

  • 1 box or pkg. of either linguine or spaghetti
  • 1/2 - 1cup Chuka Salad ( Seaweed )
  • 1 bottle Japanese miso dressing( I prefer Red Shell brand )
  • 1 pkg. fish cake (pink & white on flat wood)
  • drizzles - 1/4 ( or less ) cup sesame oil
  • about 3 tbs. black sesame seeds
  • drizzles - 1/4 ( or less ) rice vinegar
  • sprinkle ( 1 tbs ) of sugar honey or agave nectar

Direcciones

  1. Boil pasta noodles al dente
  2. Drain noodles,rinse and transfer noodles to big mixing bowl
  3. Drizzle sesame oil over noodles and slightly coat noodles but don't over do it
  4. While noodles are cooling down, slice fish cake lengthwise 3 times and cut other way into thin ( but not too thin ) slices
  5. Break apart the fish cake slices and put into the big bowl of noodles
  6. By this time the noodles should be pretty warm to cool, drizzle half of the Japanese miso dressing into the bowl
  7. Drizzle some rice vinegar into the bowl
  8. Slightly separate Chuka salad and distribute into the bowl
  9. Add sugar, honey or agave nectar into the bowl, then black sesame seeds
  10. Mix well till ingredients are incorporated
  11. Add another drizzle of sesame oil, rice vinegar and dressing then mix again
  12. Cover and chill in fridge for about 3 hours or overnight
