Ingredientes

  • 1 lb boneless lean pork cut in 1" cubes
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 x green pappers
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar Chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Beat together the egg, flour, salt & pepper. Thoroughly coat cubes of pork in egg flour batter. Brown all sides in warm oil in frying pan. Cover & cook slowly for about 30 min. Remove stems & seeds from green. Cut into 1" squares. Boil 10 min. Drain. Add in green peppers & pineapple to meat. Cover & simmer 10 min. Stir & cook together cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar & pineapple juice till clear, about 2 min. pour over meat mix & simmer 5 min. Serve with Chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice.
