Hawaiian Turkey Fillets

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. pineapple sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/8 tsp grnd red pepper, optional
  • 1 x garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 pkt turkey fillets (about 1 lb..)

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl or possibly plastic food bag, combine first six ingredients. Add in turkey; marinate several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Remove turkey from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill turkey about 4 to 6 min on each side or possibly till turkey is not longer pink when cut into.
  3. In small saucepan mix cornstarch with reserved marinade. Cook, stirring occasionally, till sauce boils and slightly thickens.
  4. Serve sauce with turkey. Garnish with pineapple. 3 to 4 servings
