Hazel's Super Meringue For Pies

Ingredientes

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Put sugar, water, and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook till thick. Let cold. Beat egg whites to a peak, and add in to mix. Spread on cooled pie filling around edge first, touching edge crust all around, then fill in center. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till lightly brown.
