Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients as for regular muffins. Line muffin pans. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 min. Add in 2 min for each extra optional fruit. Try also as a drop cookie. Yield: 12 or possibly 13 muffins.
