Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 c. oat, bran
  • 1/2 c. wheat, germ
  • 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. apple sauce
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 c. frzn blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla, extract
  • 2 x egg, whites, only
  • 3/4 c. maple syrup

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Gently stir blueberries into dry mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients.
  5. Gently combine both bowls, but do not over mix.
  6. Spoon into greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
  8. These muffins are perfect energy snacks for a cool winter's day.
