- Combine dry ingredients. Mix yogurt, lowfat milk, Egg Beaters, honey, oil, pineapple and raisins. Add in to dry ingredients. Combine well. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray. Divide mix to make 24 muffins. Bake for 25 min at 400 degrees. Let cold a few min and remove from pan.
