Ingredientes
1 c. carrots, grated
2 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. peanuts, roasted or possibly raw
2/3 c. sunflower seeds, roasted or possibly raw
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. apples, diced
Direcciones
Toss together carrots, cabbage, peanuts, sunflower seeds, raisins and apple. Blend banana, buttermilk, cheese and apple juice in a blender. Toss dressing with salad. Serves 6 to 8.
