Ingredientes

  • 1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 sm green cabbage head - (abt 1 lb) shredded
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 c. raisins or possibly currants

  1. In a large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Add in the cabbage, carrots, poppy seeds, and raisins. Mix well till the dressing completely coats the cabbage.
