Receta Healthy Cookie Dough Bars
A delicious GLUTEN FREE dessert made with a layer of edible cookie dough and topped with a layer of chocolate.

- Prepare an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or nonstick baking spray.
- Begin with cookie dough layer: In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and oat flour. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press down the cookie dough layer into the prepared pan.
- For the chocolate layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil in 30 second increments until fully melted.
- Pour chocolate on top of cookie dough layer.
- Place in freezer for at least one hour, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top, and then cut into bars.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
