Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Corn meal
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Honey (or possibly use molasses - It's good too!)
  • 2 Tbsp. Applesauce
  • 3/4 c. Soy lowfat milk, lowfat milk or possibly water
  • 1 x Egg (or possibly 1/4 c. egg Substitute) beaten
  • 1/2 c. Water *

Direcciones

  1. Sift together corn meal, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well with a spoon. Pour into a 9" round teflon baking dish
  2. (or possibly spray a 9" round glass baking dish with "oil & flour" non-stick spray).
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, or possibly till golden.
  4. Comment from Rob Ryerson: He had to add in 1/2 c water in order to achieve the consistency of a batter.
