Healthy Fish roll in mint chutney

Ingredientes

  • 2 100 gm Salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 200 gm Spinach
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 50 gm mint
  • 1/8 cup yogurt
  • 1 green chilly
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 whole wheat flat bread/ whole wheat tortilla.

Direcciones

  1. Method-
  2. To prepare fish- Marinate fish in ginger- garlic paste, salt and pepper for 10 min.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, when hot add 1 tsp oil and grill fish on both sides until done. Roughly 5 min.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Steam Spinach. Heat a pan and saute 1 tsp garlic in 1 tsp oil. Add spinach, mix well and keep it aside. .
  6. To prepare mint chutney- Blend in mint leaves, chilly and yogurt and salt to a thick paste. Keep it aside.
  7. ​To Assemble-
  8. Briefly heat flat bread in a pan or in microwave until warm. Lay it don on a flat surface. Spread 1 tbsp mint chutney uniformaly.
  9. Put 1 fish fillet in the middle. Cover with half the spinach, half of chopped tomatoes, half of chopped onions and Squeeze lemon juice on top. Roll it and enjoy.
