Ingredientes

  • 2 c. minced cooked turkey
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 x sweet green pepper minced
  • 1 x onion quartered
  • 1 x green pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 can red kidney beans - (17 ounce)
  • 1 can tomato paste - (6 ounce)
  • 1 can tomatoes - (28 ounce)
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Direcciones

  1. Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. Saute/fry till the vegetables are soft. Add in the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 min, or possibly till the flavors are blended.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
