- Place two 5 to 6 ounce. fillets on aluminum foil, allowing sufficient foil to wrap serving amount while on grill. Dot fillets with butter and garlic salt to taste. Cut 1/4 lemon and squeeze juice on fillets. Slice remaining 1/4 lemon and place on fish. Tightly wrap fillets and place on grill; low to medium heat for 20 min. Don't over grill.
