Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. thawed egg substitute
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Healthy pinch of cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Mix 1/3 c. non-fat yogurt, 3 Tbsp. egg substitute, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and healthy pinch of cayenne. Serve over poached chicken or possibly warm microwaved vegetables (such as asparagus). Saute/fry Figaro: into above, mix in 2 tbsp. of tomato sauce. Serve over chilled strips of lean beef or possibly dipping sauce for shell fish.
