Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs well beaten
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. coconut finely shredded
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. walnuts optional
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Mix flour, butter and 1/4 c. sugar thoroughly. Press= firmly into bottom of lightly greased oblong pan 13x 9 1/2 x 2. Bake 10= min. Mix Large eggs, 2 c. sugar and salt together. Stir in rest of= ingredients, spread over the partially baked bottom layer. Bake about 25= min. Top will be lightly brown.
