- Heat oven to 350F. Mix flour, butter and 1/4 c. sugar thoroughly. Press= firmly into bottom of lightly greased oblong pan 13x 9 1/2 x 2. Bake 10= min. Mix Large eggs, 2 c. sugar and salt together. Stir in rest of= ingredients, spread over the partially baked bottom layer. Bake about 25= min. Top will be lightly brown.
