Healthy Low Fat Macaroni Salad

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. hard cooked elbow or possibly shell macaroni
  • 1/4 c. low calorie or possibly Lite French dressing
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (no fat, no cholesterol, Axelrod brand)
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Rinse and drain macaroni. Combine macaroni and French dressing. Marinate a few min. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly. Garnish with watercress or possibly minced olives, if you like. Serves 6.
