Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. applesauce or possibly crushed pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. white flour
  • 1/2 c. wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Yield: 2 1/2 c.. Serving Size: 1 cookie. Exchanges: 3/4 bread, 1/2 fat. 74 calories, 2 g. protein, 11 g carbohydrates, 3 g fat, 1 g fiber.
