I always make some kind of juice or milkshake during weekends with breakfast. This is one of such healthy juices I made recently. I feel happy when my family gives me thumbs up for my preparations and I should say they liked this vegetable juice so much and said it was so yummy!!!

Ingredients: (Serves 2)

Preparation:

Peel, wash and cut ridge gourd + carrot into medium sized pieces.

Add these pieces to a blender, pour orange + apple juices on top and run the blender until the pieces are ground.

Filter to remove the pulp (optional) and pour into different glasses.

Enjoy this energetic and healthy juice with desired breakfast. Yummy!!
