Receta Healthy Solutions Spice Blends – Review and Giveaway
When I enter the kitchen, I usually want to play around with recipes and ingredients, so I can come up with something new or bring some changes in a dish I like.
I love to cook from scratch. You will not find a ready made pie crust or ready made pizza dough in my fridge, unless I’m the one who made it. When it comes to spices, I like to do the same thing. Mixing my own spices is fun and every time I discover a new delicious combination, I get all excited.
Recently I’ve found Healthy Solutions Spice Blends. When they approached me to review their product I wasn’t sure what to expect, but knowing that they have 16 different spice blends and all their spices are free from artificial ingredients, MSG, and most of Healthy Solutions Blends are made without salt and sugar, got me curious.
These spices are great, not only they taste good, but also give you enough room to add other spices (if you wish) to your dish without empowering the flavor. If you are making a chicken or beef stew for 4 people 2 tablespoons from the hearty beef stew spice blend, will be enough to bring an amazing aroma and taste to your stew.
The other thing I like about these spices, you can use the fish spice on chicken and still have a delicious outcome. Oh, and did I mention that each package has a recipe written on the back, simple and specifically made for that spice blend!
Tip: I keep my spices in the freezer, the taste never changes nor the color.
