- In large skillet, brown turkey; drain. Add in taco seasoning and prepare per package directions. In salad bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa. Add in turkey, cheese, and lowfat sour cream. This is a very tasty salad for those who are watching fat intake (and even those who aren't). Do not be afraid of the turkey - you will not be able to tell the difference between it and grnd beef in this salad.
