Ingredientes

  • 3 C Chopped Appples
  • 1 C crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs could use egg beaters
  • 1 Tbls vanilla
  • 1/4 C Diet Margarine could substitute applesauce
  • 2 1/2 C oats
  • 1 C Raisins
  • 1 C Chopped Dates
  • 1/2 C All Bran
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking Powder

Direcciones

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine them and mix well. Place about 1/4 C in each muffin tin that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray.
  2. Bake 350 for 25-30 min.
