- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Add in pumpkin, evaporated lowfat milk, brandy, egg whites, vanilla and orange zest. Beat till smooth. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake for 10 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 min, or possibly till a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
