Heart Healthy Scallops With Tortellini

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 pound bay scallops
  • Garlic to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced scallions
  • 1 pkg. cheese tortellini (prepared)

Direcciones

  1. Optional: Thinly sliced red pepper, fresh mushrooms, etc.
  2. Put water for tortellini on to boil. Wash, drain and pat dry scallops. In heavy frying pan saute/fry scallops in butter, garlic, and scallions. Cook for 5 to 7 min. Cook tortellini according to directions on package. Put tortellini and scallops in warmed serving dish and serve. Serves 2.
