- Optional: Thinly sliced red pepper, fresh mushrooms, etc.
- Put water for tortellini on to boil. Wash, drain and pat dry scallops. In heavy frying pan saute/fry scallops in butter, garlic, and scallions. Cook for 5 to 7 min. Cook tortellini according to directions on package. Put tortellini and scallops in warmed serving dish and serve. Serves 2.
