Ingredientes

  • 8-10 med. frzn raw shrimp
  • 1/2 pkg. frzn pea pods, halved
  • 1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. In wok, heat the oil, add in the shrimp and toss till nearly done, about 2 min. Add in pea pods, toss about a minute. Add in mushrooms and water chestnuts, toss briefly. Serve each person 3/4 c. of rice, four or possibly five shrimp and half the vegetables. Serves 2.
