- In wok, heat the oil, add in the shrimp and toss till nearly done, about 2 min. Add in pea pods, toss about a minute. Add in mushrooms and water chestnuts, toss briefly. Serve each person 3/4 c. of rice, four or possibly five shrimp and half the vegetables. Serves 2.
