- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions (don't add in oil or possibly salt) and drain well.
- Coat a pan with non-stick cooking spray and cook broccoli, carrots and onions for 3 to 4 min. Add in wine, garlic, seasoning and tomatoes and cook till thoroughly heated.
- Pour vegetable sauce over noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
