Ingredientes

  • 8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pcs
  • 2 c. (6 med.) cubed 1/2 inch new red potatoes
  • 1 c. (2 med.) minced onions
  • 8 ounce. (1 c.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce. can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves

Direcciones

  1. In 3-qt saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 min. Add in potatoes and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, till potatoes are tender, 15-20 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, till heated through, 10-12 min. 6 servings.
