Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 sm Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 30 ounce Van Camp's Red Kidney Beans (Dark or possibly Light), liquid removed
  • 28 ounce Canned tomatoes, undrained cut into pcs
  • 13 3/4 ounce Single strength beef broth
  • 12 ounce Canned tomato juice
  • 10 ounce Frzn corn
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 4 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. In 4-qt saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, saute/fry green pepper, onion and garlic in oil 5 to 7 min or possibly till tender. Add in remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with 2 Tbsp. cheese.
