Hearty Beef N Cheese Crescent Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 8 ounce. can (1 c.) tomato sauce
  • 8 1/2 ounce. can green beans (liquid removed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin (if you like)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounce. can refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
  • 8 ounce. (2 c.) shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown grnd beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, beans, cumin, garlic power and salt; simmer while preparing crust.
  2. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 9 inch pie pan; press over bottom and up sides to create crust.
  3. Combine egg and 1 c. cheese; spread over crust. Spoon warm meat mix into crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. Let stand 5 min.
