Hearty Hamburger Supper

I recieved this recipe from a friends mom. I cooked it for a few friends I just trippled the recipe :) Happy cooking Enjoy!

Ingredientes

  • ¾ pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cups diced cabbage
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 2 cups milk
  • Hot mashed potatoes
  • Additional paprika

Direcciones

  1. In a large sausepan, cook the beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onions are tender, drain
  2. Add cabbage, cook and stir for 2 minutes
  3. Sprinkle with flour, salt and paprika mix well
  4. Gradually add milk, bring to a boil
  5. Boil and stir for 2 minutes
  6. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the cabbage is tender
  7. Serve over potatoes
  8. Sprinkle with paprika if desired
