Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Meaty lamb bones (shank or possibly Leg bone)
  • 4 whl garlic cloves
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 12 x Peppercorns
  • 4 x Celery stalks
  • 1 sm Bunch of parsley
  • 1 whl onion
  • 1 lrg Carrot Scraped layer Salt

Direcciones

  1. Place bones in large stock pot. Cover with water & bring slowly to boil, skimming till no more foam comes to top. Tie garlic, leaf, peppercorns, celery & parsley in cloth. Add in onion & carrot. Cover & simmer 2-3 hrs. Remove all. Skim fat.
