Ingredientes

  • 13 ounce tuna in water
  • 6 ounce egg noodles -- uncooked
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/3 c. green onion -- sliced
  • 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 sm sliced zucchini
  • 4 ounce shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 med tomato -- minced

Direcciones

  1. Drain and flake the tuna. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse in warm water. Combine noodles with the tuna, celery, and green onions. Blend in the lowfat sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise, thyme, and salt. Spoon half the mix into a greased 2 qt casserole.
  2. Top with half the zucchini. Repeat layers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbly. Sprinkle with the minced tomato.
