- Heat oil over medium flame in frying pan. Add in garlic and vegetables; saute/fry till tender-crisp, about 7 min. Add in salt and both peppers; remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and soy sauce.
- Makes about 2 c. or possibly 32 Tbsp. offilling or possibly 4 side dish servings of about 1/2 c. each.
