Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Diamond Apple Cinnamon Walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Diamond Walnut Halves
  • 1 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1/2 c. half-and-half
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. raspberries

Direcciones

  1. To toast the walnuts: Preheat oven to 350. Spread walnuts on a baking sheet or possibly in a shallow pan. Bake, stirring once or possibly twice, till lightly browned and fragrant, 7 to 10 min.
  2. In a small saucepan combine oats, lowfat milk, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 4 to 6 min or possibly till thick and creamy. Spoon into 4 bowls. Pour over half-and-half and sprinkle with brown sugar, raspberries, and toasted walnuts, dividing equally. Serve immediately.
