Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Self-rising flour
  • 2 stk butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 box confectioner's sugar
  • 1 stk butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 8 Tbsp. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and add in cocoa to it. Mix and stir together all cake ingredients, don't beat. Pour into a pan approximately 2x10x14 inches; bake for 35 min at 350 degrees. Immediately on taking from oven, cover with miniature marshmallows. Make frosting and pour over the marshmallows.
  2. Sprinkle the top with minced nuts, if you like.
  3. To make frosting; Heat cocoa with butter. Add in lowfat milk and heat. Stir in vanilla and confectioner's sugar.
