Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 11/40 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Soften margarine, blend in sugar & salt. Add in dry ingredients & blend with pastry cutter till crumbly. Fold in oats. Blend lowfat milk & syrup together & pour over dry ingredients stirring only till just combined. Bake for 20 mins or possibly till cooked. Spread glaze over when slightly cooled.
  2. Makes 8 large muffins.
