Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb extra-wide egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter cut small bits
  • 2 sprg fresh tarragon leaves removed, and minced to abt 1 tbspn
  • 2 Tbsp. minced flat-leaf parsley leaves Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water till just tender, about 6 min.
  2. Toss the cooked egg noodles with butter bits and herbs in a bowl till butter melts, about 1 minute. Season noodles with salt and pepper.
