Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. reduced fat Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
  • 1/3 c. skim lowfat milk to 1/2 c.
  • 6 tsp Rondele cheese, herb and garlic Salt substitute such as Lawry's 17 Seasonings

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 F. Mix Bisquick, coriander and lowfat milk till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Place dough on surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick; roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.
  2. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press thumb slightly in center of each. Spoon 1 tsp. Rondele cheese onto center of each biscuit; sprinkle with salt substitute.
  3. Bake 8 min or possibly till golden brown but not brown.
