Ingredientes

  • 1 pound new (sm. red) potatoes (unpeeled)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon each marjoram leaves, thyme leaves and pepper
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas

Direcciones

  1. In 3 qt saucepan, cook potatoes in 4 c. boiling water with 1/2 tsp. salt for 15 to 18 min or possibly till almost tender. Drain; cut potatoes in half; add in butter, 3/4 tsp. salt and seasonings. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 - 10 min. Stir in peas; heat 3 to 5 min more.
