Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Rice Flour Divided
  • 1 c. Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/4 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Rosemary Or possibly
  • 2 tsp Dry Rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Thyme Or possibly
  • 2 tsp Dry Thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 pkt Gluten-Free Quick Rise Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

  1. Cheddar cheese and spices add in robust flavor to this hearty bread.
  2. Makes 2 loaves
  3. Combine 2 C rice flour, brown rice flour, dry lowfat milk, onion, sugar, rosemary, thyme, xanthan gum, yeast and salt in large bowl. Combine Large eggs, cheese, water and oil in med bowl; mix well. Pour mix into dry ingredients; stir till well blended. Stir in remaining c. rice flour to make stiff dough. Cover bowl; let rest 10 minutes. Turn onto floured surface; knead 5 minutes, using only as much extra flour as needed to keep dough from sticking. Divide dough into 2 equal pcs. Shape each piece into one loaf. Place in lightly greased loaf pan. Let rise in hot place 40 minutes. Bake in 375F oven 40 minutes, or possibly till golden on top. Cold completely on wire rack.
