Herb Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 3 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into eighths
  • 2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, cubed

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl combine flour, bouillon granules, seasoned salt, basil and oregano. Stir in cool water till combined. Set aside.
  2. In large skillet or possibly wok stir fry the onion and garlic in the warm oil till tender. Remove onion and garlic. Set aside.
  3. Stir fry the chicken in skillet or possibly wok 5 min. You may need to add in more oil. Remove chicken. Set aside.
  4. Add in zucchini. Stir fry 5 min. Add in bouillon mix and tomatoes. Cook and stir till mix is bubbly. Add in the chicken and onion-garlic to wok. Cover and cook 1 minute more. Serve over pasta or possibly rice. Garnish with chow mein noodles if you like.
