Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. seasoned fine dry crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme, crushed
  • 2 pound meaty chicken pcs
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Combine crumbs, parsley, basil, paprika, salt, and thyme in shallow dish; set aside. Remove skin from chicken pcs; rinse and pat dry. Brush chicken pcs with melted butter; coat with crumb mix.
  2. Arrange chicken in a 1 3/4-qt or possibly 2-qt casserole with meatiest portions toward the edge of casserole. Cook covered on high (100% power) for 8-11 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
