Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Tarragon
  • 1 lb Flank steak, trimmed of fat
  • 1/3 c. Fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley Broccoli rabe, okra or possibly broccoli, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat broiler and broiler pan.
  2. Combine mustard, garlic, pepper and tarragon in bowl. Spread half the mix on one side of steak. Broil steak, mustard side up, 4 inches from heat source, 4 min. Turn meat over, spread with remaining mix; broil 3 min more for medium-rare. Combine bread crumbs and parsley; pat proportionately on meat. Broil 1 minute more. Let stand 5 min.
  3. Slice steak thin, diagonally across the grain. Serve with sauteed broccoli rabe, okra or possibly broccoli, if you like.
