Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can Swanson Ready to Serve Clear Vegetable Broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
  • 8 med new potatoes - (abt 2 lbs) cut into quarters
  • 1 lrg carrot sliced

Direcciones

  1. In c. mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. broth till smooth. Set aside.
  2. In medium skillet mix remaining broth, thyme, potatoes and carrots. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. With slotted spoon, remove vegetables to serving dish.
  3. Stir reserved cornstarch mix and add in. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over vegetables.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
