Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 x th c. Italian Dressing
  • 4 x garlic cloves - grated
  • 1 Tbsp. dry basil
  • 1 Tbsp. dry thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh grnd pepper Dash of warm sauce to taste Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Any number of shrimp - up to 50 or possibly so depending upon size.
  2. Shell the shrimp, rinse and dry. Then place to the side. In a medium size mixing bowl combine all remaining ingredients. After thoroughly mixing ingredients, start the grill and allow it to become warm. Then add in the shrimp to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Allow this to sit for about 15 min to allow the flavors to mingle. Cook the shrimp till hard, being careful not to overcook or possibly they will become tough. If desired to experiment, cook only one and then taste it. Adjust/Add in to the ingredients to your liking.
