Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
  • 1 tsp Dry rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Lemon juice or possibly vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly. (For variety, remove tarragon and sugar and substitute 1 teaspoon each of thyme and marjoram and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
  2. Yield: 1 3/4 c.
  3. Savory Chinese Turkey Meat Marinade
  4. 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. water 3 Tbsp. oil 3 gloves garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. grnd cloves 1 teaspoon grnd ginger (or possibly anise)
  5. Mix all ingredients together well and proportionately coast surfaces of turkey parts or possibly meats. Marinate at least 4 hrs.
  6. Yield: 1 c.
  7. Marinade for Turkey Breast Cuts and Kabobs
  8. 1/3 c. chili sauce 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 bay leaves, broken up
  9. Combine all ingredients and spread proportionately over white turkey meat cuts.
  10. Marinate at least 4 hrs.
  11. Yield: 1/2 c.
  12. Lemon Barbecue Marinade
  13. 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, mashed 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
  14. Mix all ingredients and let set for 2 hrs to allow flavors to blend, BEFORE adding meat.
  15. Yield: 3/4 c.
