Herb Marinated Beefsteak

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound boneless beef chuck shoulder, cut 1" thick
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Combine onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic and thyme. Place steak in plastic bag; add in marinade, spreading proportionately on both sides. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hrs, turning at least once. Pour off marinade; throw away. Place steak on broiler pan so surface of meat is 3" to 4" from heat. Broil steak 16 to 18 min to doneness desired, turning once. Carve steak into thin slices to serve.
