Ingredientes

  • 3 c. water
  • 3 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 9 c. flour
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • 9 tbsp. shortening
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. shredded cheese

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Let stand a few min. Blend in egg, shortening, sugar, salt and 1/2 of flour. Beat well. Add in flour and mix well. Then add in herbs, onion and cheese. Cover, let rise till double. Punch down and put in greased muffin tins. Let rise. Add in more flour for thicker dough if you desire. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
