Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Flat-leaf or possibly basil leaves, lightly packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 x Lemon, zest only
  • 4 x Cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Black peppercorns, cracked or possibly crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard seeds, lightly crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor (or possibly mortar and pestle) and process to a smooth paste. If you're rolling and tying a boneless leg of lamb yourself, spread some of the rub on the inside of the meat before you tie it.
