Ingredientes

  • 2 pound squash
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 med. carrot, grated
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook squash till tender; drain well. Combine with other ingredients, mixing well. Pour in greased dish and bake 30-40 min at 350 degrees in a 13x15 inch dish. Sprinkle grated cheese before removing.
